All orders under £175 are subject to a surcharge of £8.45 to cover post and packing.

Delivery is from 1-3 working days (subject to availability).

Returns

Shirts and tailoring garments that have had their Disley seal removed are non-returnable.  All returns must be in their original packaging and without embroidery, printing or alteration.  Returned goods will incur a surcharge. There is a 20% returns surcharge on shirts, blouses and ties and a 10% returns surcharge on tailoring. No goods can be returned after 21 days of purchase.

Should you wish to return garments please call our sales office on 028 9083 6444 to obtain a returns note.  This will help us to understand the reason for the return and authorise the credit.  Please enclose the returns note in the parcel when returning the garments.
