Holiday Season Update – Christmas Shutdown & Important Order Deadlines

As we approach the festive season, we’d like to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. To help you plan ahead, please find our Christmas shutdown dates and final order deadlines below.

Christmas Shutdown

Our offices and production facilities will be closed for the holiday break from 5:00pm Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Monday 5th January at 8:00am. During this time, no orders will be processed or dispatched.

Final Dispatch Dates

To ensure your orders are with you before Christmas, please place all standard orders by 11am on Friday 19th December. Orders received after this date will be processed for despatched on our return. Please contact us for any special delivery requests.

Garment Alterations & Special Requests

For orders requiring any alterations or customisation, please speak to our sales team for the latest updates of our sewing room work schedule for January ‘26. Garments requiring tax tabbing, please submit by Thursday 18th December.

We encourage all customers to plan ahead, as this is a busy time of year, with some of our staff taking a well-earned holiday, so lead times may vary.
